Sono informatico di professione, ciclista per passione. Amo la montagna, la musica rumorosa e il software libero.

Sono un Accompagnatore Cicloturistico certificato dalla Regione Piemonte da Febbraio 2026, con l'obbiettivo di
aiutare altr* a scoprire la bellezza liberatoria e minimalista delle due ruote.

Gestisco vari servizi online, per dipendere il meno possibile dalla tecnocrazia odierna. Tra questi
[[https://wanderer.fragal.eu][Wanderer]] come alternativa federata e open-source a Komoot, un server XMPP per scambiare messaggi con chi mi sta vicino e
la mia [[https://fragal.eu/git][istanza Git]] per il codice personale.

Passionate about music, biking and mountaneering.

I am a certified bike guide in the Piemonte Alps region of Italy since
February 2026. I host a [[https://wanderer.fragal.eu][Wanderer instance]] as a federated open-source
alternative to Komoot to manage the GPX tracks and itineraries I want
to preserve and share. The trail descriptions are mostly in Italian.

I also self-host a XMPP server to chat with my friends and a [[https://fragal.eu/git][Git instance]] for my own code.
